What is the difference between GLORY and KAGU mats?

GLORY and KAGU both have 3 layer construction. 

Main difference is the top surface layer : GLORY surface layer is a soft cushioning water- proof, Nylon Tuff carpet . KAGU is a light-weight, Carbon Fiber like texture material. 

GLORY series offers a unrivaled luxurious look and feel. It’s unique water-resistance, lush cushioning carpet with its static properties , trap dust more effectively , thus reduce dust circulation and improve air quality in the cabin. Lush carpet also absorb sound, thus has excellent sound proofing qualities that reduce road noise.  

KAGU series with its carbon-fiber texture material , offers a sporty feel, race car feel. It’s light weight material is not only durable , is also easy to clean. It dries instantly after washing with a simple wipe-off. Highly recommend for drivers that loves the great outdoor, with frequent contact with muddy / wintry conditions

Can I buy just the front 2 pieces of the mats?

Unfortunately, we are unable to sell our mats separately as they are manufactured in one full set, quite similar to Shoes /Sneakers etc. Besides, our mats are unique and material looks very different with other mats. It will be an obvious mismatch when use in conjunction with others. 

How do i get the correct custom fit car mat / boot liner for my vehicle?

Our Custom Fit Car Mat are 3D digital measured to the exact contours of your vehicle, it is very important to select by correct Car Brand (i.e. BMW, Mercedes Benz, Lexus), Make (i.e. BMW G30, Mercedes Benz W213, Lexus RX), & Year (i.e. 2012 - 2020, 2018 - Present). 

What are the colours available for your mats?

We actually have 3 colour, Black, Beige and Grey, but we always recommend Black as it matches all colour interior, easy to maintain and stain would not show up easily as compared to other lighter colour. If you want other colours we will have to accumulate the MOQ.

How do I clean my car mats?

For KAGU Car Mat & Boot Liner, We recommend only used mild car shampoo with a soft bristle brush. Do not use any cleaners with bleach. 

For GLORY & Premium Car Mats, You can beat the dirt off the Car Mats using the Beater Brush Provided. You can also wash with mild car shampoo and dry fast compare to most aftermarket mats. 

How long does it take to ship?

Our Centre Warehouse in Selangor, Malaysia, Shipping time across West Malaysia is 1 to 3 Working Days & East Malaysia is 3 to 5 Working Days. For other location, please contact our sales team for the delivery time. 

How long does it take to process my order before shipping?

Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours 1 - 2 Working days after payment is made.

Do I have to remove my existing Floor Mats?

Yes, Our 3D Perfect Fit Car Mat are designed to fit without any exist Floor Mat. 

What is the Warranty on 3D Products?

Our Car Mat carries a 1 Year Products Manufacturing Defects Warranty. 

Can I return/exchange the mats after purchase?

We accept return/exchange of the mats if you inform us within 3 days upon receiving our goods. Please noted that the goods must be returned in new/unused condition.

How do I make a warranty claim?

The parcel arrived damaged, should I worry?

In most cases no, unless the box is opened. We will file a shipping damage claim with the Logistic Carrier.
