1-YEAR MANUFACTURING DEFECT WARRANTY:

3D Mats Malaysia provides a one (1) year warranty to the original purchaser only, effective from the date of retail purchase made through an authorized 3D Mats Malaysia dealer. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Purchases made through warehouse deals, clearance sales, or unauthorized sellers are not eligible for warranty coverage.

This warranty does not cover:

1. Damage caused by improper installation or incorrect usage
2. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic defects, or ageing of materials
3. Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modification.
4. Any consequential loss, incidental damage, or inconvenience arising from product malfunction or non-use

This warranty is non-transferable and applies strictly to the original purchaser.

If a 3D Mats product is suspected to be defective, contact us at sales@3dmats.com.my or +60380526625 along with a photo and order information for warranty claims. If a replacement was shipped out, the old product needs to be destroyed for safety reasons and photo proof must be sent to sales@3dmats.com.my or +60380526625. 3D Mats Malaysia reserves the right to repair or replace the product.

In the event the product is deemed defective by 3D Mats, a credit for the cost of the shipping will be issued.

This 3D Mats one-year warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

RETURNS:

Returns will not be accepted unless the merchandise is complete, in re-saleable condition, and has been previously authorized by 3D Mats Malaysia.

An RMA number is required for all returns and may be obtained from our customer service team at sales@3dmats.com.my or +60380526625. Request for order number must be made within 30 days upon receiving the products. Any products received that are unauthorized by 3D Mats Malaysia or products not qualified for credit will be held pending a prepaid label to return the item to you or items will be destroyed after 60 days. It is important to follow the return shipping guidelines when preparing to ship the return. If an item has not been shipped out within 15 days of the RMA number being issued, we will close out the RMA due to inaction.

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Replacement parts, special orders, displays, and promotional materials are not eligible for return. Merchandise returns will be accepted only for active items on our current price/inventory sheet. Credits will be issued on the basis of actual price paid less the aforementioned return charges if applicable. Freight prepaid is required for all returns unless otherwise agreed to. Cargo liners cannot be returned on the basis of cosmetic issues. Returns from stocking orders due to inventory adjustment purposes are limited to 5% of the annual purchased volume and only applicable to active items on our current price sheet. A 2 for 1 replacement order is also acceptable and would waive the restocking fee.
